I offer executive coaching for leaders, teams, or organizations who need someone outside the situation — someone who can listen, ask different questions, and help you see what's in front of you. Having served on executive leadership teams myself, I understand the complexity of leading: difficult decisions, competing priorities, conflict, communicating through change, and carrying responsibility for other people.
